ABOUT FIONA HOBRITUS
I am a single mum with three beautiful children. So basically, I’m not just their mother but I am a father at the same time. Raising the kids alone is not an easy task but I am forever grateful to have them and proud to say they are mine.
I graduated from Cybernatic College Kuala Lumpur with certificate in Diploma Science and Computer. Working in Clinic Administration for the past ten years has inspired me towards AIO Grocery Mart. I understand the feeling of both being a housewife and a working mother. Multitasking with the kids, doing house errands and being determined to keep our career all in one go is a modern day supermom’s job.
These were the challenges that have inspired me to create AIO Grocery Mart, Sabah’s first online grocery shopping. It’s a service that will contribute towards helping to make people’s life easier. Not just for parents but even for the elderly or those without transportation.
THE START OF MOVING FORWARD
Based on my personal experience, buying groceries at the store itself can be quite a stressful task. You don’t always get lucky with parking. Especially as most of us do our shopping on the weekend, you know how crowded it gets! Moreover, if you are with the kids - grocery shopping can be a nightmare. With the AIO Grocery Mart App, the goal is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for everyone.
THE CHALLENGES
AIO Grocery Mart App wasn’t built overnight. It took us over a year to complete the platform. Endless research and development to get it right. We are still improving our app and to add more products and to serve all our customers better. One of the toughest encounters was speaking to suppliers and vendors. Many of them were not ready to partner with us. They were concerned that Sabahans are not ready to shop online. My team and I were determined to prove them wrong. Online shopping is about moving forward, to embrace a better change. A positive one that will benefit everyone.
CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK
We have received many positive responses. Our Facebook page reflects that our response to customer feedback and references are one of the reasons that we continue to grow.

USING AIO GROCERY MART APP
It’s really easy to shop with us. First of all, you have to download the App which is available on both Andriod and iOS. You can browse and select the items that you want into the shopping cart. When you are ready to pay, just proceed to checkout. You can pay by cash or credit card upon delivery. We also accept returns and cancellations of product on the spot.
Currently, we have 2 slots for delivery – the morning slot is from 8 AM to 12 PM and the evening slot is from 4.30 PM to 9 PM daily.
FUTURE GOALS & MISSION
We are expanding to more regions soon. We are also going to have a food delivery service in the App where people can order their meals from various restaurants. More beautiful things are about to happen! So download the App and start using us now.
